1. The students who have been admitted to live in the dormitory should obey the dormitory regulations.
2. Students requesting to stay off-dormitory at the weekend need to report and have to sign up permission card by the supervisors. Students are strongly encouraged to inform parents or guardians of their plans to stay away from dormitory at the weekend.
3. Students have to sign up to get their permission cards on the first day of the every month.
4. Students have to use their permission cards for any after school activitiy such as playing football, visiting friends, taking private lessons etc.
5. Please notify your dorm supervisor for re-application if your permission card is lost or damaged.
6. Students will be charged for 10.000 rupiah if the permission card is lost or damaged.
7. Students have to be at the dormitory on time after the school. Leaving dormitory without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Everyday students have to study 1 hour and 45 minutes between 19.00-20.45 pm except Friday and Saturday.
9. Each students have their own chair and table with their name on it. Students have to sit their own place and have to be on time.
10. Non-residents are not allowed to enter the dormitory without permission.
11. No guests, relatives, or friends are allowed to stay overnight with student residents without permission.
12. The front gate of the dormitory will be closed at 20:00 every night. After that, students are not allowed to go out unless for an emergency.
13. Appliances that make noise are prohibited: TV, TV games, radio, cd player, hp, playing guitar etc.
14. Students should not tamper with electrical fixtures and built-in furniture, other than the ones allowed such as lamp, hair-dryer, ac, radio, computer, etc.
15. Students should not make excessive noise after 22:00. For example, listening to music loudly, watching TV, talking or laughing loudly.
16. The student will be responsible for taking care of the room furnishings. No Public property should be removed from the room.
17. Any damage to dormitory property and premises should be reported to supervisors as soon after the damage discovery as is practical. The student will be asked to repair or replace any damaged items at his/her own expense.
18. Students are highly encouraged to participate in the activities held by the dormitory.
19. Every room has their playstation time between 15.00 -17.00 pm on the scheduled day.
20. Drinking, gambling, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the dorm.
21. No fighting, unruly behavior, harassment of any kind including disturbing noise is allowed.
22. Theft of any kind or possession of stolen property is strictly prohibited.
23. Students are responsible for ensuring that the dormitory is left in a clean state.
24. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryers. There is no charge for the use
of these machines. Every room has to give their clothes to the laundry staff for washing and ironing their clothes on the scheduled days.
25. To maintain a quiet environment, please do not use laundry facilities between 22:00pm and 6:00am.
26. All the lights in the public areas will be turned off at 22:00 every night.
27. All handphones will be collected by supervisors on every Sunday at 18.00 pm and will be returned on Friday at 18.00 pm.
28. No cooking is allowed in any of the dormitory rooms. However, snacks and drinks within the rooms are permitted.
29. Leaving belongings in the bath room is strictly prohibited.
30. No pets or animals of any nature are permitted in any dormitory unit or in any dormitory facilities.
31. For security reasons, the Administration reserves the right to search the rooms and belongings of the residents on occasion.
32. Students vacating their rooms during holiday periods or at the end of their stay must remove all their belongings. The Administration assumes no responsibility for any personal belongings left behind.
33. The dormitory manager is authorized to change a student’s room whenever necessary. The manager then provides a written statement of explanation to the School Director.
34. Students shall not write graffiti on the walls, doors or furnishings of the buildings or draw or affix sings on, or damage the property in any way.
35. If dormitories are closed on vacation periods and longer holidays, students should stay in the room assigned to him on these occasions.
36. If students disobey the policies set forth above, they will be punished according to dormitory regulations.
